This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the x1bet platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By registering an account or using any part of the x1bet platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. x1bet reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to comply.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on x1bet. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. x1bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Making deposits and withdrawals using the available payment methods
- Contacting customer support for account-related assistance
- Accessing all platform sections available to registered users
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access the platform
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity through the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts
- Disrupting platform operations or compromising the security of other users
Any violation of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and x1bet reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on the x1bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. x1bet does not accept third-party payments.
Deposits are typically processed within minutes, depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification (KYC) process that may require a copy of your identification document. x1bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. x1bet is not liable for any withdrawal delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Suspension, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
X1bet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of a justified closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.
Limitation of Liability
X1bet shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform. x1bet's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the x1bet platform are the exclusive property of x1bet or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from x1bet. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
